Fun with the Kids
This last week we filled up our time with lots of fun! Lots of swimming and fun crafts!
We made ghetto wind chimes which the kids had so much fun making, and a sweet marble run! Plus got lots more accomplished in the babies room. Bo is fully transitioned to the kids room and we have gotten everything cleaned for the babies! Summer has been really great we have been keeping really busy and luckily the kids haven't gotten bored with all of the things we have been doing lately! Love these kiddos!

35 Weeks with Twins
I have made it to 35 weeks with these girlies! It's an amazing week to get to and I'm glad I have at least made it this far! It's really coming down to the wire. My doctor says 36 weeks is great, 37 is term for twins and, they don't let you pass 38 weeks, so at the most I only have 3 weeks to go! I'm feeling pretty good for the most part, feeling really pregnant but hanging in there. My body has held up pretty well and I'm super grateful that it has! They move around like crazy and sometimes I can feel one of them pushing on my pelvic bone and on my ribs at the same time, I guess they think that they have room enough to stretch out as far as they want! I usually don't know exactly which one is which when they are kicking but I can tell which one has the hiccups!
So for those of you that want to know exactly how big I am, today I measured around the biggest part of my belly and it comes to 44 inches around!

Kya Quote
Kya: Panda's gives you fortunes with your meal. Fortunes can be real you know, like if it said, "You were born to dance" I was born to dance!
No hesitation, pure fact to her, complete confidence! Just love this girl!

New Goals = Lots Done
So this last week my "nanny" Lindy and I have gone over goals of what we want done. All types of goals in every category you can think of. I feel like I have accomplished more this week than ever before, and it's really because my goals are down on paper and I can SEE what I have accomplished. It's amazing and feels super good. In the previous post I mentioned that I am planning something to do with the kids each day, some days have gone to plan and others have been pushed back a day but all of our activities have gotten done. We made cupcakes, the older two went to the $1 movies, made popsicle stick houses, made boats and floated them in the pool, and made ice cream in a bag, and managed to go swimming a few times too. And those are just the things we have done with the kids!
Things are almost ready for these twins, in the last few weeks we stacked Baden and Kya's bunk beds and have lowered Bo's crib to a toddler bed, to get him used to it before switching him into the kids room. We set up the toddler bed in the kids room and have gotten and set up two dressers, to make sure we have enough space for everyone! Along with all of that we had to figure out new seating arrangements in the car to be able to fit everyone, which included to new boosters and two new car seats! Man, twins are expensive and they aren't even here yet!
I had my shower this last week which was super fun and great. My mom always goes above and beyond to make things special for me. She did WAY too much but I guess most mom's do! She and my sister and sister in law did lots for my shower and it turned out so great. A ton of my close friends and family showed up and it made it extra fun. Then to top off the week my friends had game night which is always a highlight of my month!

Cupcakes
One of my new goals is to have something planned for the kids each day and to do that we will be picking out of our "Family Fun Jar" which will give us something to do each day. Today we picked make cupcakes....
complete with frosting, sprinkles and all!
Lately
Here is what is going of lately...
Kya has adjusted just fine to summer life. She has been loving swimming and she is really good at it. She has the prettiest curly hair still, which is getting longer. She loves to accessorize and wear jewlery. She has really grown up lately she has become more independent, and is even more helpful. She loves to help in the kitchen and is able to make things with little help from me. She has been making her own popcorn for a long time but now she can get her own breakfast, make Mac n Cheese or Top Ramen, and she can mix up boxes of cake and brownies! She helps me a lot around the house too. We have started a chore chart which has really been great for both of the kids. They have become self starters and have learned a lot, and they really help out. She is really artistic and creative she'll come up with a craft to do all by herself. She is a little mommy and helps with keeping the others in line, which is nice to some extent. She craves more responsibility and will say stuff like "When the babies are here, I will just have to do that for you." She is super sweet and she plays well with her brothers. I'm glad I have such a great helper!
Baden is loving swimming too, he is a strong swimmer and could swim all day, which we do. His hair has gone white with all the sun he gets. He still is one of the smiley-est kids I know. He also likes helping in the kitchen and is able to crack his own eggs and helps do lots. Both of the kids are competitive but Baden is usually the one that will make anything into a race, even their chores. He is really good at doing his chores well and doesn't get distracted while doing them. Baden LOVES crafts if we could craft all day he would be in heaven! Baden is really good at playing and even when it's just Bo they play rough just like boys should.
Bo is at that super fun age, where everything he does is just so stinking cute! He can't stay still if there is music playing and with dance accordingly to the beat. He is starting to say some things but most are not quite clear. Things like "Hello", "NO", "Bo", "Hot", "Not hot", and "Bug" come out pretty clear, but other's like "idon'tknow" comes out more of just the sounds. Then there is other times that he is in his mind really talking, but it's just comes out like jabber. He truly thinks that he is as big as the others and will do or at least try anything they do. He LOVES to swim and also thinks that he can swim all by himself. He also loves being outside and is even fine with being outside all by himself.
Preston started a new job around May and it's been really great to see him grow and accomplish so much in so little time. He is the VP of Operations and is in charge of marketing and operations for a guy out of England. Preston amazes me with the way his business mind works but then again he is so capable of anything that it shouldn't amaze me! His schedule is a bit more flexible and he works from home in the morning and then goes to an office so it's fun to see him more in the morning time, when he has a free moment. Preston is really the perfect fit for me he has helped me so much to become a better person. He makes time for me and is still fun to be around.
As for me I have made it to 34 weeks pregnant with these twins. It's a good mark to hit and I'm pretty amazed at the way my body has been holding up. Don't get me wrong I FEEL it and I would really love to breathe a bit easier and touch my toes but for the most part I'm taking it easy and feeling pretty good. I have tried really hard this time to have a positive attitude and not hit the wall, and I think it's helped! The twins are a little over 4 lbs one being a few ounces less then the other. They look good and healthy from the monthly ultrasounds. They are both head down for now which is a good sign and I hope it stays that way. I have an awesome 18 year old girl that comes to help me each day, which I think is how my body has been able to handle this so well. She helps with things around the house and makes sure the kids are entertained for some of the day. If I didn't have her my kids would have run away from boredom by now. I have started on some new goals and have felt pretty organized and have gotten lots done. Hopefully I can keep some of the momentum when the twins come.

Belly Shots
So I just thought it would be fun to compare and give a bit of an update. So I am 30 weeks pregnant with the twins this week. I am really feeling it, but for the most part I have been listening to my doctor and taking it really easy. So on that accord I have been feeling pretty good, I don't do much but my body seems to be holding up pretty well. I definitely feel really pregnant, but I know I still have two more months so I'm trying not to focus on it too much. These last two months I'm going to be getting a lot bigger and can't hit the wall quite yet. I am not officially on bed-rest but the orders sound a lot like bed-rest. I am supposed to take it easy as much as possible. The official orders are to not stand for too long, or walk around much. No house work and standing to make dinner is too long to be standing. Of course I have to do what I have to do, but I am trying to let others do things for me.
I keep hearing from everyone that I look so small (which is nice to hear) but for me I look and feel pretty full term, you decide.
Here is me 30 weeks with twins
Two days before I had Kya
The day before I had Kya
Two weeks before I had Baden
Two weeks before I had Baden
This is about a month before Bo, evidently we didn't take many pictures of me this time around!
